Pilot Project Overview

Objectives:
Edit new Basis Academy videos with higher production value, including better audio, graphic animation, and other visual improvements to give users a better learning experience.

Free up employee time by having me as your dedicated video professional, bringing over a decade of course creation optimization experience to implement innovative strategies.

Who is this content for, and for what purpose?
For current customers and future customers to provide quick and helpful information and answers to commonly asked questions, while also demonstrating new ways to best utilize the Basis product,

How will we do this?
Rethink the Academy Course structure from the ground up, with carefully crafted video experiences showcasing the most relevant information to users, right when they need it, leaving the user feeling confident and comfortable with the Basis product.

Current Video Course

We spoke about how Basis does not feel the current course content is of high quality, up to desired standards, and is of need of some TLC to optimize the learning experience for users.

You've shared with me that Basis is in need of a better video strategy and design guideline, which will be based on the current Basis branding guidelines.

You've also expressed interest in having me utilize user analytics with so I can help implement informed strategies to innovate on the learning flow to reduce friction and ultimately reduce customer churn.

Below is an itemized look at just some of what I can do for Basis in this pilot project to build a video course system that helps grow your customer base as well as strengthen the ones your already have.

Payment Terms

Submitting payment is required for the work to start. This retainer is a 2-month minimum commitment, and cancelling require a 30-day notice. Any additional requested work outside the scope of this proposal will be the start of an additional project and will need to go through review and will require a new proposal.
