Pilot Project Overview

Objective:
Grow social media presence through informative and engaging video content, tailored to each social platform to best motivate the target demographic to action.
Who is this content for, and for what purpose?
For investors, to provide quick information and answers to commonly asked questions, and how Gingko Bioworks has delivered on its goals for years.

For engineers and scientists, to demonstrate an enticing career opportunity where creativity and innovation thrive.
How will we do this?
With a carefully crafted video experience showcasing the most relevant information across multiple platforms, leaving the viewer wanting to know how they can get involved.

We spoke about how Gingko does not feel the most recent clips created are best optimized or carefully processed and edited to have the ideal impact.

You let me know that Gingko is in need of a video clips design strategy and template guideline based on the current branding guidelines, which will need to be suitable and tailored for each social platform.

New Custom-made Video Clips Design

A new and fresh look will engage both interested investors and scientists or engineers looking for opportunities with Gingko Bioworks.

With attention spans being of importance, it's never been more critical to engage the viewer in the right way, and with the first look.

By creating a design that leaves the viewer both wanting to know more, as well as picturing what Gingko Bioworks could mean for their organization or careers, we can fulfill the overall objective and purpose of the video clips we create.

Here are some examples of designs I've made for other client’s needs:

1. Every video clip created from longer form content will get it’s own thoughtfully crafted title to best engage the intended demographic for that clip.

2. Proportionally scaled and positioned video to fit the canvas for each social platform.

3. Progress bars retain viewer’s attention and let them know what to expect.

4. Subtitles that will never be autogenerated, grammatically incorrect, nor wrongfully transcribed. Human-edited subtitles will maintain a professional look and feel.

• Content transcription for creating subtitles, caption SRT files, and writing descriptions.

• Human-edited subtitles, spell-checked and grammatically corrected to maintain a professional online presence.

• Pro audio engineering to make your videos sound cohesive regardless of recording scenarios.

• Rendered in various optimized formats for best viewing experience onsocial media:

• Color correction as needed to ensure whites are true white, and blacks are true black for optimal viewing experience.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to start the work, with the remaining balance due at project completion. Any additional requested work outside the scope of this proposal will be the start of an additional project and will need to go through review and will require a new proposal.
